Holiday 2010/2011 - December 15, 2010 to January 4, 2011 - $295 per night*

Jan. 5, 2011 through April 15, 2011: $249/night

April 16, 2011 through December 14, 2011: $235/night

Policies:
2 nights deposit required to confirm reservation.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If arriving within 60 days, full payment is required at time of booking.
Cleaning fee charged for all stays. 
For the comfort of all of our guests, there is NO Smoking allowed in or around the unit, including on the Lanai or front patio area.  
Security Deposit required - Refundable within 14 days of check-out if no damage noted or excessive cleaning not needed.
Check-in is 3PM - Check-out is 10AM
Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be allowed, subject to availability and additional fee.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Maximum of 6 people allowed in unit. 
Items in unit including, but not limited to: boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis & golf equipment, toys, games, etc., may be used at your own risk.


Cancellation:
For a deposit refund, less 1 night's fee, cancellation must be requested 60 days or more prior to arrival.
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments in full will be retained. 
If unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less 2 night's charge.


We recommend obtaining Travelers’ Insurance to cover you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
